Section 1

General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between zxx8 and its users. zxx8 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform operated under SSL encryption and fair play principles.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful under the local laws of their country or region.

As used in these Terms, "platform" refers to zxx8's website, applications, game lobby, payment system, and all related services. "You" or "user" refers to any person who has created or is using an account on the zxx8 platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and play games on the zxx8 platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• Must be legally competent and of sound mind.
• Must not be a resident of any area where online gaming is prohibited.
• Must use the platform voluntarily and entirely of their own free will.
• Must not operate an account on behalf of a third party.

zxx8 may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify a user's age. The platform reserves the right to restrict account activity until age verification is completed.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an account on the zxx8 platform, users must provide truthful and accurate information. zxx8 reserves the right to immediately close any account created with false information, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

• If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed.
• Any bonus funds received will be forfeited.
• That person may be permanently banned from creating a new account in the future.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. zxx8 will not be held responsible for any loss or transactions resulting from sharing your password with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently supported on the zxx8 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Source of Funds Verification

zxx8 reserves the right to verify the legitimate source of deposited funds at any time. In the case of suspicious transactions, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional documents may be requested. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before approving a withdrawal, zxx8 will confirm that the user's identity verification has been completed and that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. If there is an active bonus on the account and wagering has not been completed, the withdrawal may be delayed.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

zxx8 offers a welcome bonus for new users: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000 for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus funds only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms.
• zxx8 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

zxx8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play, and weekly cashback benefits are available — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.7%, Platinum: up to 1.0%, and Diamond: up to 1.2%. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

Strategically abusing bonuses (such as creating accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or wagering manipulation) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Section 6

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play & RNG

All games offered on the zxx8 platform use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and unpredictable. Each spin or bet is entirely independent of previous results.

6.2 Game Provider Terms

Game providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi have their own rules that may apply alongside zxx8's terms. If a technical fault occurs during a game, all bets related to that game may be considered void.

6.3 Disconnection

zxx8 is not responsible if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection. In general, the outcome recorded in the game's server-side log will be considered final. Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before playing.

6.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, and other sports. The rules for each market are clearly described within that section. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the relevant bet is generally treated as void.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zxx8 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately and permanently closed:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking any system on the platform or attempting to breach security.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Placing manipulative bets in coordination with other users (match fixing / collusion).
• Creating an account while being a minor, or assisting minors in creating an account.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform's games for personal gain.
• Conducting transactions through a third party's account.

If such activities are detected, zxx8 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities. The right to take legal action in the event of the above violations is reserved.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 zxx8's Right to Close Accounts

zxx8 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• If it is proven that an account was created using false information.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If identity verification documents are not provided despite being requested.
• If it is necessary to protect the safety or interests of the user.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, send a written request to [email protected]. Before the account closure request is processed, all active bets will be settled and the available balance may be withdrawn subject to applicable conditions.

8.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)

Privacy & Data Protection

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

zxx8 will not be held liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a fault in a third-party payment system (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank).
• If the user's own password or login credentials fall into the hands of an unauthorised person.
• If the user provides incorrect information or requests a withdrawal to the wrong payment address.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, pandemic, government orders, etc.).

Dispute Resolution

11.1 How to Submit a Complaint

11.2 Resolution Timeframe

zxx8 tries to resolve received complaints after a proper investigation. For complex matters, additional time may be required, and the user will be notified in such cases.

11.3 Final Decision

In disputes related to technical errors in a game, server log records will be considered as final evidence. The decision of zxx8's senior management team will be considered final. However, if any party feels they have not been given a proper resolution, the option to pursue available legal channels remains open at all times.

Changes to Terms

zxx8 reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered your agreement to the new terms.

It is recommended to visit this page regularly, especially when any new notice is displayed on the platform. The latest version of the terms will always take precedence over older versions.
